Recorded at OPEX Risk Management, Solomon Dadebo joins us bringing his 25 years of experience in process excellence. Solomon grew up in Ghana. He went to university then to Israel and Canada to study which set him up to become an engineer. He wasn’t the oldest but he was the first to go to college…so he then taught his brothers and sisters and their friends so that they too could go to college. Once he got his degree he wanted to work in a plant but ultimately got a job in R&D. He ultimately found a job as a process control applications engineer working with operators, maximizing and optimizing production- automating process along the way. He’s been doing it ever since, adding job functions to his business card at every turn.
